Warner Music India has made a strategic minority investment in SkillBox, one of the country’s leading live entertainment and ticketing platforms. This move marks Warner Music India’s entry into the live entertainment business, further expanding its services and offering more opportunities for its artist roster.
Founded by Anmol Kukreja and Sandip Ranjhan, with Roydon Bangera and Amarjeet Singha joining as part of the core leadership team, SkillBox began as a ticketing platform and quickly expanded into a full-suite live entertainment company with ticketing, live brand solutions, and live tech services such as Skillbox Pay.
With its focus on curating niche community-led events and experiences, SkillBox has carved a space for itself in the industry with artist tours such as Jacob Collier, Steve Vai, Ben Howard, Karnivool, The Midnight, DIVINE, Hanumankind and more, as well as creating established intellectual properties like Bloomverse, K-Wave, Lemonade, and LiveBox.
SkillBox has also expanded its reach through artist management through its dedicated arm, LevelHouse, which manages some of India’s most acclaimed artists, such as Parvaaz, Blackstratblues, Raman Negi, JBABE & Parekh & Singh
Today, the platform boasts over 1.5 million users and is renowned for its innovative event experiences, artist partnerships, and cutting-edge technology. By offering curated events and seamless ticketing solutions, SkillBox has redefined how live entertainment is consumed in India.
By integrating live events and ticketing into its portfolio, Warner Music India will offer its artists the ability to reach wider audiences, while fans will benefit from streamlined, unforgettable live music experiences.
