Hitmaking Exec Also Inks Publishing Partnership with Warner Chappell Music
Aton Ben-Horin has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Global A&R, for the Atlantic Records Group, which includes Atlantic Records and Elektra Music Group, as well as Big Beat and various other subsidiary labels. In his new post, Ben-Horin – who has been a member of the Warner Music Group (WMG) family since 2012 – reports to Atlantic Chairman & CEO Craig Kallman and is based in Los Angeles. At the same time, Ben-Horin has launched a publishing partnership with Warner Chappell Music.
Over the past decade, as both an A&R executive and a producer, Ben-Horin has helped deliver a string of top-charting hits for WMG across the globe. Among his recent successes are Ava Max’s “Kings & Queens,” Cardi B’s “Ring” feat. Kehlani, Jason Derulo’s “Take You Dancing,” Tiësto & Karol G’s “Don’t Be Shy,” and the Galantis, David Guetta & Little Mix collaboration, “Heartbreak Anthem.” In the course of his Warner career, he’s also contributed his expertise to multi-platinum smashes such as Flo Rida’s “My House” and “G.D.F.R.”; David Guetta’s “Bad” and “Hey Mama” feat. Nicki Minaj, Bebe Rexha & Afrojack; Jason Derulo’s “Talk Dirty” feat. 2 Chainz and “Wiggle” feat. Snoop Dogg; and many others.
Ben-Horin has been responsible for signing Warner Music artists Alec Benjamin, Justin Quiles, Riton, Bhad Bhabie, Jax, Goody Grace, and others. With his new post, members of his Atlantic A&R team have also been promoted, including: Andrew Grant, Senior Director, A&R; Adam Grossman, Senior Director, A&R; Alex Soifer, Senior Director, A&R; and Pam Charbit, Manager, A&R.

Before WMG, he held roles with The Agency’s production team, where he collaborated with John Legend, Rick Ross, and Ciara, among others. As a DJ, he has played gigs around the world, including Ultra Music Festival.
