Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA) Announces Partnership With Christian Tattersfield’s Good Soldier

Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA) today announced a partnership with Good Soldier, the new label being launched by Christian Tattersfield, Co-CEO, Warner Music UK. The deal with ADA covers digital and physical distribution services for new releases around the world, outside of North America.

In the UK, ADA works with successful labels such as Because, Epitaph, Dramatico, Defected, Eagle Rock, Stylus, Provogue, VP / Greensleeves, New State, Earache, Panegyric and Fools Gold. Big releases ADA is supporting this quarter include albums from: Stereophonics, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Caro Emerald, Katie Melua, The Rolling Stones, Paul Oakenfold, Johnny Marr, Suede, Joe Bonamassa, Motorhead, Danny Brown and Daniel Avery.

Tattersfield recently announced his departure from Warner Music UK, where he currently serves as Co-CEO with Max Lousada who will step up to CEO, Warner Music UK, in February 2014, when Tattersfield leaves the company.

Good Soldier will be the recorded music arm of the Good Soldier publishing company, which already publishes music from the likes of Birdy, The 1975, Biffy Clyro, The Wombats and Mike Crossey.
